My husband and I have been purchasing BMWs at Daniels since 1976. The sales and service teams are welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. They also provide a high service comfort level after the purchase, as they maintain our cars in outstanding condition. This week Daniels BMW gave us a gift that we never expected! When attending our niece’s wedding rehearsal dinner in Philadelphia more than two years ago, I took three rings with me in an antique coin purse. One was my mother’s wedding ring, another was her engagement ring and the third my grandmother’s wedding ring. It was significant that my sister (bride’s mother), the bride and I would each wear one of the rings for the next two days to honor these women who passed away at a young age due to breast cancer. Upon arriving at the rehearsal dinner and getting out of the passenger seat, the coin purse opened and two of the rings fell out. We found one wedding ring in the parking lot but could not find Mother’s engagement ring. It was heartbreaking to lose something so precious that connected us to her. Daniels BMW serviced the car for an oil change and a problem with the seat belt sensor this week. As always, the shuttle took my husband to work and picked him up afterwards. When he got into our BMW to drive home the keys were in the console along with a diamond engagement ring. Yes, it was my Mother’s ring! Lucas, the service technician and Joe Millington, the service writer ensured that the ring was in the car so we would find it. When my husband came home he showed the ring to me. I was overwhelmed with joy that due to the dedicated employees at Daniels that the ring was found and returned to us after more than 2 years. Apparently the ring fell down the side of the passenger seat where it could not be seen. When servicing the car for the sensor problem, Lucas found the ring. I just want to pass along my compliments regarding Todd Simpson, Service Consultant, Daniel's BMW. Late on the afternoon of August 21, 2012, I was leaving a business appointment in Bethlehem the “flat tir Simpson, Service Consultant, Daniel's BMW. Late on the afternoon of August 21, 2012, I was leaving a business appointment in Bethlehem the “flat tire” warning light came on in my certified 2009 328i which I had recently purchased from my hometown BMW dealer in Lancaster. Not having BMW Roadside Assistance, I called BMW’s 1-800 number and was directed to Daniel’s BMW in Allentown. I called and spoke with Todd and he welcomed me to stop in to have the RFT tire checked. On arrival, just before 5:00PM, I was not happy after limping down Route 22 after a full work day, but Todd could not have been more accommodating in explaining the process and getting me settled in Daniel's nicely appointed customer care area. In short order, I was back on the road with the tire issue resolved and warning light reset, in my much cleaner 328i. My thanks to Todd and the service technician for a great customer experience right at the close of service hour work. As a result, I will definitely stop in at Daniels the next time that I am in the market for a new or certified BMW. More

She was not pushy, nor did she have that salesman type approach that turns my husband and I off. Kay was very patient and tried her best to get to the numbers we were hoping to achieve. Both she and the sales manager Joe were very transparent with their numbers and presented us with a printed summary of all the calculations used on our deal. When it seemed like the deal was not going to work, both Kay and Joe were not pushy at all, in fact agreed that they could not match the other deal we had, and did not say a bad word about the other dealership I was working with. Their professionalism, patience, knowledge, and transparency was what made my husband and I decide to solidify the deal with Daniels. Although we ended up paying a bit more than we originally hoped, we felt confident that they were being honest with their numbers. The dealership overall is a beautiful dealership and every single person we encountered were friendly, professional, and treated us with respect. Their service center is top notch from what we can see so we will definitely be servicing our car at their facility. By the way, this dealership has one of the best test drives you can get. We were really able to see how the cars handle before making our decision. More

Brad Gerhart is our new vehicle representative from Daniels BMW and his attention to detail is second to none in automotive business today. We trust and value Brad's direction in fulfilling our new vehicle requirements. We plan on dealing with Brad Gerhart and remain faithful customers of Daniels BMW during the many years ahead. To us our one way 70 miles drive to their dealership in Allentown, PA from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA area is well worth the trip! When you are fortunate enough in finding a new vehicle client representative like Brand Gerhart and a dealership like Daniels BMW there is no second guessing if you have made the right choice. I went to the dealership to buy our first BMW. Experience was excellent. We met with Mr. Dick. He was very courteous. He explained in very detail about the features of the vehicle. We went to pick up the vehicle, he already had our paperwork ready, so we didn't spend much time there During the delivery he made sure we understand each and every feature of the vehicle which we can bring it to our use. I bought my first BMW from Daniels BMW in 1980 and since that time my family and I have purchased numerous BMW's throught the years. While my first BMW was not purchased from Mr. Dick Hughes, I did meet him there in 1980 and every car since then had been purchased from him. From the first day I met him I was impressed with his superior knowledge of the the special cars he was selling and the dealership he was representing. Throughout the 30 plus years, every BMW that I purchased was through Mr. Dick Hughes. WHY? No one does it better!. His knowledge, his presentation, his paper work, preparation, and delivery exceed all the rating categories. There has never been a delivery for me that Dick Hughes has not made perfect. He represents what all luxury car sales people should strive to be. He is a true asset to his customers, BMW, and the Daniels dealership! I just took possession of a leased 2013 135i convertible yesterday. I turned in a leased 2009 128i convertible. Dave Hackett worked with me on both occasions, and he sold my wife a 2012 328ix five months a yesterday. I turned in a leased 2009 128i convertible. Dave Hackett worked with me on both occasions, and he sold my wife a 2012 328ix five months ago. That's three transactions in three years and Dave Hackett has been very helpful and very enjoyable to work with every time. He found us a great deal on the 328ix even though the 2013's were on the market ( but without x-drive). I placed an order for a 2012 convertible for lease 90 days prior to the end of my first lease, and Dave found ways to change it to a 2013 135i convertible so I would not be the guy who drove away in the last 2012 off the assembly line. Dave Hackett is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product he represents. Each of his three delivery sessions was informative and thorough, and my wife and I are both invited back if we are in need of any further tutorial. He is a great guy to work with. I have found the service department to be exceptional and everyone I have dealt with at Daniels BMW has been professional. I anticipate many future years of great service as a happy customer of Dave Hackett and Daniels BMW. More
Daniels's is a great dealership, but primarily due to people like Carrie Fortune. This is our fourth vehicle from Carrie (after having worked with three other dealerships prior to stopping in to Daniel' people like Carrie Fortune. We are fairly demanding customers, and working with Carrie is truly a pleasure. No pressure, great service, listens closely to what we want, patient (as we go back and forth prior to deciding), always willing to work with us and drives a fair bargain. She continues the great service after the sale and has gone above and beyond in every interaction. No I'm not related to her. Yes, I am fanatical about customer service and expect a lot from sales people. Carrie continues to exceed expectation, and makes it look effortless. More
