We were going out to look at a few more dealers, and my friend suggested that we stop at Daniels; we never got any further. Kay Reed is the sales rep who spent literally hours with us as we test drove three different cars. Kay is unlike any salesperson whom I've encountered over the years. She is genuinely friendly and outgoing but not pushy. Her enthusiasm for the product and the dealership is more than refreshing. She spent time with us getting to a price with which I felt comfortable. At the end of the four hours, I felt like Kay was more of our friend than a sales rep. Also, Kay spent even more time with me helping me learn all the interior workings. She synched my cell with the Bluetooth; programed my kids' numbers into the speed dials, and taught me how to use the Sirius radio. It was an AWESOME experience! More

From the first time I met Kay Reed, I felt as though I had known here for years. As I began my new car search, I visited several other BMW dealerships, but in the end, it was Kay's personality and dedica had known here for years. I was very grateful for the patience and attention that Kay gave to me during the whole process. I was extremely impressed with Kay's professionalism, courtesy and overall sparkling personality! I could not be happier with my new X3 and with the experience Kay provided to me. She contacted me on her days off. She kept me in the loop about the production status. I like Daniels BMW and MINI on many levels. I live a mile away from another BMW dealer and drive 50 miles to Allentown to buy from Daniels for the following reasons: 1. Carrie Fortune. I have bough mile away from another BMW dealer and drive 50 miles to Allentown to buy from Daniels for the following reasons: 1. Carrie Fortune. I have bought 2 new MINIs and 3 used BMWs from Carrie. She finds me the pick of the litter when I am buying a used car and always gives me a better price and trade in value on either new or used cars than I can get near where I live. I know enough about car pricing to know how much profit is in most new and used cars, and Daniels' pricing is very reasonable. Carrie is a great ambassador of that philosophy. She also does all the little extras that makes customers feel that they're appreciated, and she remembers everything about their family and likes and dislikes in vehicles. Nothing is too much for her. You couldn't ask for more. I have sent several friends and acquaintances to her, and all have sung her praises. My wife lives her. 2. Other personnel. The other personnel are also very friendly, and they can't do enough for you, even when they know you are another sales reps' customer or are otherwise not patronizing their department that day. It is obvious that there is an esprit de corps among all employees, and it's not an act. 3. Service. Service is also very efficient. The work is done right, and your car is ready when they say it will be and costs what they said it would cost, unless they run into a problem, and, then, they tell you what it needs, what it costs and when it'll be ready. 4. The physical plant. The store is neat, clean, well organized and attractive with TV's, computer docks and WiFi. It gives you the feeling that they know and care about what they're doing. 5. Coffee. They have the best coffee and treats, free, fresh and readily accessible. I stop there for a cup when I'm in the area, even if I'm not there to buy anything. They know they'll get it back from repeat business. In short, Carrie is a great sales rep, and Daniels is a nice, enjoyable place to buy a car or accessories and have the car serviced or repaired and accessories installed. More

My story starts with a rare free Sunday afternoon with my husband driving around looking at cars. That Tuesday around lunch time I walked into Daniels BMW to test drive a CPO BMW after seeing beautiful whit husband driving around looking at cars. As I told Kay, my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! Kay was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and why, the price I was comfortable with, and she made it all happen within a few hours. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The man in the middle was Greg Clarke. He listened to my wish list, suggested options, gave alternatives, reviewed choices and did all this with a calm and patient presence. Greg is a knowledgeable professional and a masterful storyteller. His easy way of communicating softens what is often a stressful car buying experience. And if that isn't enough, Greg is there after the sale to answer questions about the car, service or other concerns. It seems that Greg and the Daniels organization share the old time business motto, "The customer comes first". In the short & long term this is a winning strategy for all. Enough for now.
