She is outstanding, very attentive to detail, gets things done ahead of time and makes every transaction simple and uneventful. The only thing exciting about the process is the new BMW (but I suppose that is exactly how it should work). Her favorite words are, "not a problem". I work with many sales professionals and Carrie ranks very highly among anyone I've ever dealt with, for all the reasons I mentioned as well as the fact that she really wants to get me the best possible deal and wants to make sure I'm happy with the entire process. I would recommend her without hesitation. If you have any reason to consider a new dealership - you should stop by Daniels and ask for Carrie. More

Come delivery time, we were pleasantly surprised in seeing our new car parked in a room adjacent to the lobby all by itself with a large print sigh on the door "This BMW is Reserved for ......". It was a happy moment which was also recorded for us in several pictures she took with her smart phone. I purchased my first certified used 2005 BMW Z4 with 8200 miles April 16, 2007 and drove the car for 50,000 miles, until I traded the car back to Daniels BWM September 30, 2013 for a certified used 2011 BMW Z4 with 8100 miles. Went looking for a particular used BMW that was advertised by the dealership. I was introduced to Greg who took several hours to explain features of the car and also the brand since I never owed a advertised by the dealership. We were on the road from upstate NY to DE in order to attend calling hours for a family member. Our time schedule was tight to make it in time. We found Daniels BMW and Mini had the tire in stock, but there was no way we'd arrive in time for the exchange. We spoke with the staff who arranged for personnel to stay a bit late for our arrival. When we arrived, we were greeted with pleasantries and professionalism and rapid service to get us back on the road in time to make the calling hours. The inside staff escorted us to a lounge, offered beverages and snacks while we waiting for the service staff to do their magic for our car. The entire team treated us like family who needed a bit extra help in the wrong time of the day. We are so grateful for the kindness and attention we received. Though we don't live near Allentown and have no prior relationship with Webster and his team, he committed his time to making our visit to the shop a comfortable one and provided us we all the details and followup answers we needed. I'd been looking for just the right deal on a pre-owned BMW convertible and saw one on Daniels web site on a Saturday morning. Greg came out to meet me in the lot and I was immediately comforta pre-owned BMW convertible and saw one on Daniels web site on a Saturday morning. Greg came out to meet me in the lot and I was immediately comfortable with him, and he did a great job of explaining the differences between the different cars, this was my first BMW. I did not see the car I was looking for, and he went inside to see if it had been sold. Next thing I know he was driving it from around the back with a big smile on his face, and he probably saw the smile on mine also. He was knowledgeable, and very honest about the car. After a test drive and a little negotiation, I bought the car and have been very happy since. I can say a big reason I bought this car is because of Greg and how easy he was to work with.
