I have purchased a 328xi, 2 - z-4s, a 535xi and a Mini Coop As of this writing, I have done business with Daniels BMW in Allentown for over 7 years . I have purchased a 328xi, 2 - z-4s, a 535xi and a Mini Cooper all from Dave Hackett. Normally, a car dealer salesperson will do anything they can to get you into buying a vehicle without truly understanding your needs. Dave is unique - he first wants to understand why you want to buy the vehicle you have selected from the lot, or, if you are unsure, quarry you about what you are looking for. His thoroughness in understanding a car buyer's needs is superb! He is a car buyer's professional consultant! And when is comes to after sale-services there is none better than Todd Simpson. He knows his stuff, and goes beyond just informing you what servicing your vehicle needs - he explains why it is needed to your complete understanding. Then there is Louis Rodriquez, Service Adviser of MINI. What an exceptional adviser and will to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. One word of caution, Louis moves between the service bays and being in front of customers so frequently that he rarely is able to answer his phone, so leave a message and for sure he will get back to you. Everyone, and I mean everyone at Daniels is there to make your new or used car looking and buying experience one of pleasure from the moment you walk on the lot, to the moment you drive away in your new car. I highly recommend them, and although you may not be in the market for a BMW or MINI, cruise their website for a complete line of their used cars. More

Last month I saw the car I wanted on Daniels BMW Website. Placed a call to the dealership and spoke to Dave Hackett. Dave was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew I wanted the car! I drove to Daniels from Blue Bell, Pa to Allentown that afternoon. I just jumped on the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike, and I was there in no time. Dave showed me the car, I drove it while Dave talked about the "Ultimate Driving Machine"! The car is a 2008 BMW 328i and it drives and looks brand new! Sold! Dave was the "Ultimate Salesperson"!
