Service rep did not have any customers I waited over 20 minutes to be waited on. He got up from his desk looked right at me and sat back down. After 5 minutes he finally called me to his desk. I was not told there would be a charge on my credit card for loaner. When I dropped off the loaner young man told me I had to bring the loaner to the other building.
