Ease and friendliness of purchasing a vehicle from Daniels Great experience and ease of purchasing a vehicle. Was interested in a vehicle I saw online. Emailed Tony to see if the vehicle was still available, a Great experience and ease of purchasing a vehicle. Was interested in a vehicle I saw online. Emailed Tony to see if the vehicle was still available, and if so, I was going to be stopping by to check it out. Tony emailed me back to say it was available and that he would make himself available to show me the vehicle whenever I stopped by. I stopped by and met with Tony, he took me on a test drive and then had my trade-in vehicle evaluated. Tony then worked up a cost including my trade in value. Tony was great, never pressured me to purchase. Told him I was going home to "sleep" on it. Since I really loved the vehicle and the costs where "close" to my budget, I emailed Tony back that night requesting to see if he would work with me in order to meet my budget. Tony then revised the costs to help me meet my budget. Went back the next day to purchase the vehicle and they had all the paperwork ready and waiting for me to sign. In and out within 1 hour! A very friendly and professional dealership. Highly recommended! More

In looking for my latest car I was following an advertisement placed by Daniels BMW for a preowned 2016, 228i xDrive. While my wife and I were looking at the cars available we were greeted by Ashley Alderfer,, and I thought to myself OK, here comes the pushy sales person. Not so, Ashley was a breath of fresh air, answering questions and completely demonstrating all of the features of the car including riding in the back seat of a convertible for a test drive with the top down. I did not intent to purchase a car that day but after a brief sales process we agreed on a price and we purchased the convertible. I was impressed by many features of the Daniels experience from the greeting by the receptionist, the capabilities of the services department, the information provided in the sales process and the efficiency of completing the transfer. Most of all, however, I was impressed by Ashley, her personality, professionalism, knowledge of the car, follow up and the time she spent explaining every feature were greatly appreciated. More

Tony Genao was my salesman and he certainly did not disappoint. Tony was not only professional and courteous but also friendly, accessible and not a high-pressure salesman which I appreciated. I purchased another X3, 2014 CPO. Tony went out of his way to inform and ensure I knew how to work the features - new to me - in the 2014. WOW!!!! My purpose for traveling to Daniel’s BMW was just to look at a 5 Series however the service was so exceptional, that I purchased one. Ashley, my sale My purpose for traveling to Daniel’s BMW was just to look at a 5 Series however the service was so exceptional, that I purchased one. Ashley, my salesperson, went beyond my expectations. This was truly the best car buying experience, I have ever had. Ashley took the time to explain all of the features that were in the 5 Series that I purchased and set these features in the new 5 Series. Ashley then made it a point to convey to my wife that if we ever experienced a problem in figuring something out, she would go into a 5 Series, videotape what needs to be completed and text the video to us. That is truly customer service at its best. I will be buying nothing but BMWs from this point forward, from Ashely at Daniel’s BMW. More
