He even went beyond my expectations by personally delivering my vehicle to my new home, nearly 40 miles from the dealership. My Service Advisor, Todd, is one of the best I've encountered in ove department. I have had three BMW vehicles serviced here for over 10 years now. My Service Advisor, Todd, is one of the best I've encountered in over 12 different dealerships across three states. Daniel's mechanics are thorough and meticulous, and I am always happy with their work (you should read my reviews about the errors that mechanics have made at OTHER BMW dealerships!).
