I bought my firsst Bmw from bmw of arlington, and i couldnt have chosen a better place to do it. I was very impressed with the vast array of different selection they had. the showroom was clean with couldnt have chosen a better place to do it. I was very impressed with the vast array of different selection they had. the showroom was clean with great cars to look at. the salesman was friendly and knowlegable about the cars. I took a couple test drives and the whole process was very smooth. The prices where defineltly very reasonable. Afterwards the parts department and service did a great job applying Cilajet coating and the parts i ordered. So when i was approached by the manager to write about my experience i was thrilled to agree. I give this place 5 stars. More
Their Internet deptartment at BMW of arlington is great! Fast response times and they were actually personal emails sent to me rather than just a bunch of auto-generated templates that a lot of dealers seem Fast response times and they were actually personal emails sent to me rather than just a bunch of auto-generated templates that a lot of dealers seem to use. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car! Even if you are just looking for info the best place would be here. More
Basicly I was in Va for training from work and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found BMW of Ar day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found BMW of Arlington online and called and got the service rider, who went out of his way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday .He got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...he brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. We were on our way back home to NH and it was such a pleasant experience in such a bad situation. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH to everyone at BMW of Arlington. More
I live about an hour away from BMW of Arlington but that hasn't stopped me from trying. Repeatedly. The service managers are enthusiastic and passionate about cars. I like that in a salesman, especially with evocative cars like BMW's. He has worked hard for me every time I've tried to put something together and I continue to call him back. I'd give them a shot... These people are worth driving an hour for to make sure that my car runs in great shape. More

From the minute I steped into the showreoom to the last minutes of signing papers and so on. The staff was professional, smart and patient. I didn't feel bullied or pressured in making any kind of desions. I will come back here for service and I hope to have the same experience. More

They don't just start replacing parts at my expense until it gets fixed because they don't have a clue. I believe that the GM of this dealership is engaged and pushes for excellence. Could be wrong - only had one experience with them so far and it was top flight More
I would steer clear of this dealership if at all possible. We moved to DC and this seemed to be the closest dealership for service. My wife has a 2003 325xi and it seemed that the "washer fluid" light was always on- no big deal, but just annoying. We took the car in for its regularly scheduled service and alerted them to the problem. I got a call later in the day saying that the waher sensor was broken in the engine compartment and that it would need to be replaced to the tune of $80 dollars. When I picked up the car the next day the same light was still on- when I pointed this out to the service people they said it was the antifreeze light that was on not the washer fluid (I didn't know, It's my wife's car, I never drive it!) So the next obvious question is why did they replace and charge me for something that wasn't broken? The service guy quickly realized what was going on and took the charge from my bill and then personally filled up the antifreeze. Unbelievable! They guys are bunch of unethical cheats! Take your car anywhere but here! More
I'd recommend starting your relationship with the dealership through their website. I've talked to all Northern Virginia deals by initiating contact with the Internet Sales Manager. Every represent dealership through their website. I've talked to all Northern Virginia deals by initiating contact with the Internet Sales Manager. Every representative I've dealt with has been very patient and customer focused. I've been extremely particular in what I want, and these guys always email me back to answer my questions and are available via phone. I've had a really good experience at Arlington. I setup an appointment the same day I called, went in and test drove two 328i's. The interaction throughout has been very professional. I'm surprised by some of the comments here. I have another car that's been serviced here twice, which I'll write a review for... More
As great as my sales experience was at this dealership, my first service experience wasn't so great. The customer service person missed several details, we had to bring the car back for them to finish the my first service experience wasn't so great. The customer service person missed several details, we had to bring the car back for them to finish the work they promised to complete. So, I gave the customer service rep a not so great review when BMW called. The next time I brought the car in to be serviced, I got the same customer service rep (uh-oh). He remembered me this time, and he pulled a complete 180 on service levels. He was very detailed in his call on what was done to the car, when it would be ready, etc. Overall, the second time around it was a pleasant experience. All of this work was covered by my warranty, so I can't review prices. More
We went there to buy 328i 2008 model. He started the conversation by saying that he needs minimum 5 rating when BMW customer service calls for our feedback. We start negotiating the price without any te conversation by saying that he needs minimum 5 rating when BMW customer service calls for our feedback. We start negotiating the price without any test drive for that car. I asked for the test drive and he told me that i will do test drive when i buy it and take it home. I thought that was kind of rude. I gave my offer thinking that car has premium package. He took that offer and came back saying that it might be ok but i have to pay for floor mate. I then realized that the car had sports package . I told him that i need to lower my offer because my previous offer was for premium package. He did not like that . He just stood up and shook our hands and told us goodbye. It was very rude when he did that. He did not acted professionally. I then left BMW of Arlington and went to tisher BMW, Silver Spring and got premium package with good deal. More
