I am extremely impressed by the professional demeanor and knowledgeable that Danika displayed while helping me with my X5 routine maintaince. He explained the options that were available for the car I was looking for, discussed pros and cons. He took the time to do the search until we could locate the car I wanted and not just convince me to try and get a car that was already available. While I waited for my new car to come in and since I had turned in my old car, he made sure I had a great loaner to use in the interim. He resturned my calls as soon as possible. Took the time to go over the features of my new car that I was not aware of and has made himself accessible for any further questions I may have. Paul also creates an environment that is more "consultative" than "sales-ish", and I could always just sense that I would end up with the right BMW at the right price. Paul even remembered my wife likes coffee and gave us a BMW coffee tumbler when I picked-up the car. Paul handles the big things--what car, how much--and also handles the little things. This was my first experience at BMW Arlington. After two whole weeks of shopping around, I finally found Paul "the car guy". He came out from all 10+ dealers in DC metro as a very unique one and gave me one whole weeks of shopping around, I finally found Paul "the car guy". He came out from all 10+ dealers in DC metro as a very unique one and gave me one best deal. He was very down to earth and very pleasant. No pressure whatsoever. Explained us every option. Did not try to point us to a higher priced model. Actually suggested the lower priced options. Tried to ascertain our needs and point us in the right direction and all the available rebates and incentives. We finally picked out a X5 35d. Finishing the finance part was again smooth and without pressure. Credit financing was also very pleasant with Paul. Would definitely recommend BMW Arlington and Paul to my friends. Thank you, Paul!
