He explained the options that were available for the car I was looking for, discussed pros and cons. He took the time to do the search until we could locate the car I wanted and not just convince me to try and get a car that was already available. While I waited for my new car to come in and since I had turned in my old car, he made sure I had a great loaner to use in the interim. He resturned my calls as soon as possible. Took the time to go over the features of my new car that I was not aware of and has made himself accessible for any further questions I may have.
