Visited the dealership to discuss renewing or purchasing my leased BMW (which I had leased from this same dealership). Met with Mr. Tu Huynh and when I asked about this he said he was the middle man and cou my leased BMW (which I had leased from this same dealership). Met with Mr. Tu Huynh and when I asked about this he said he was the middle man and couldn't help me. His title is Client Advisor. I walked across the street and went to Mercedes-Benz and received a very professional client service. I called BMW about turning in my leased car because he couldn't or wouldn't answer my basic questions about renewal - I did received very helpful information from the 800 number about turning in the car, however. Decided to go with another car so made an appointment with BMW of Alexandria to return the car and was told Tu Huynh was the person I needed to see. I went in and as we began the transfer he was not helpful and became belligerent and rude. He did the paperwork but would not remove the tags from the car he said - "I'll give you a screwdriver and you can remove the tags...." I finally asked him if didn't he realize that he was the face of BMW of Alexandria and he didn't care. I walked away from him. It wasn't worth the discussion. I dealt with him twice and both times he could not or would not provide me with assistance or information that would have kept me as a customer. A month later after going with Mercedes I am received emails, phone calls, and flyers from BMW trying to have me return as a customer. Too late. BMW of Alexandria should remove him from dealing with the public. I did talk with one of the porters and he indicated there was an incredible turnover of sales staff at the dealership. More

My experience with Mr. Paul Blakeman, was exeptional. He answered all questions up front and as honest as possible, without being the pushy sales person we all know. The purchse of the vechicle was to the point and efficient, the entire process lasted less than 3 hours. There is no hiden agenda when conducting business with Mr. Blakeman, he strives to ensure all of his clients are satisfied at the time of purchase. The day following my purchase, I took the vehicle on a 5 hour drive. Upon return, the "check coolant level" indicator came on. I returned to Mr. Blakeman with the issue, who had the vehicle in the maintenance bay in no time. Two coolant line connections had failed, causing a coolant leak. Mr. Blakeman coordinated to have the following replaced: Radiator, thermostat, coolant hoses/lines and coolant resevoir. This was done at no cost and completed in one day. I will highly recommend my friends and family to speak with Mr. Blakeman, should they have interest in puchasing a BMW. More
I took both my 740IL and 328i for service here. Service done in time, and Scott was very helpful. I bought the 328i in Certified Pre-owned from here and am very happy with it. Dena Van, the Service Rep is a RIP OFF!!!. She overcharged for services. The Thermostat for a 2003 BMW Costs $56.00. They were charging me over $850.00 to put this in. She is a SNAKE. He reduced it by only $150.00. When I called her. She was very Rude and Short because I got a discount. DON'T USE HER OR THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICES. My advice is go find out what they say the car needs and go online an purchase the part yourself. After that have some other establishment do the work. Not BMW of Alexandria, in Virginia. More
