He was able to find me the BMW 328iX with the exterior AND interior that I was looking for along with all the great features and he was able to match the price of my original dealer. Paul has been super helpful in teaching me how to use all the functions of my car and is always available for any question no matter how ridiculous it may be. If you are looking for a new BMW, I highly suggest going to BMW of Alexandria and asking for Paul Blakeman. More
My Wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience in purchasing our new X5. After considering a purchase of a new MBZ we visited the dealership and received a comprehensive presentation of the attrib in purchasing our new X5. He gave us a no-nonsense technical explanation of the car and several test drives. We openly discussed our financial needs with Paul and he and his associates tailored a financing package that met all of our objectives including a very fair price for our trade-in auto. After completing the sale we were not able to take delivery of the car because of the lateness of the evening. The next day Paul came to our home with the new car and gave us a complete detailed check-out of the features and accessories. It was one of the best experiences we had in purchasing a new car that we ever had. More

This dealership charged me additional $400 in titles fee AFTER THE FINAL PRICE WAS AGREED IN WRITTING. Was able to get through general manager Greg Pugh ( which was really nice of him to find time for me ) AFTER THE FINAL PRICE WAS AGREED IN WRITTING. Was able to get through general manager Greg Pugh ( which was really nice of him to find time for me ) but his answer was the same- regardless of what you have agreed with your sales rep Tu Huynh you still need to pay these $400. Also the car was far from description " very good condition " i understand its used car and cannot be perfect but following facts made clear for me what kind of people they are: 1. on a test drive i notice that wheels were off balance and steering wheel was shaking violently. i had 850 miles ride back home and i asked them to rebalance the wheels. after 1 hours wait time they finally agreed to re-balance but what they did instead is just swap front wheels with rear wheels. no balancing was done to the tires. 2. the pictures of the interior where made in the way to hide tear on the leather seat and to hide dash panel bubbles. 3. passenger side power mirror was not working. i specifically asked during numerous phone conversation if all electronics are working and the answer was yes.. it's hard to believe they did not notice broken mirror. My personal opinion these people are dishonest and i would strongly recommend to check the car in person before leaving any deposit. More

Much lower than Kelly or Edmunds trade in Value, Carmax had our car with 20,000 more disappointed in the trade in price offer on our 2004 Acura TL. Paul was great and incredibly helpful. I actually purchased the vehicle while I was still overseas and Paul took care of all the paperwork which involved Fedexing documents back and forth. Therefore, if I can buy a vehicle from 7000 miles away without any problems, it just shows how flexible, and trustworthy Paul and BMW Alexandria is. More
We walked in not sure what we wanted but Paul took the time to walk us through our options. We were able to negotiate a nice deal on a barely used 2009 135i. The finance representative would not accept this since he wanted a bank check- after a discussion about our options, this individual did not seem willing to help us in taking the car home. On our way out, I spoke with Paul, who was able to work out a solution until we could get to the bank the next day. Again, Paul was great. We definitely recommend working with Paul- the team in the finance department, not so much. More
