He gave us a no-nonsense technical explanation of the car and several test drives. We openly discussed our financial needs with Paul and he and his associates tailored a financing package that met all of our objectives including a very fair price for our trade-in auto. After completing the sale we were not able to take delivery of the car because of the lateness of the evening. The next day Paul came to our home with the new car and gave us a complete detailed check-out of the features and accessories. Paul was great and incredibly helpful. I actually purchased the vehicle while I was still overseas and Paul took care of all the paperwork which involved Fedexing documents back and forth. We walked in not sure what we wanted but Paul took the time to walk us through our options. We were able to negotiate a nice deal on a barely used 2009 135i. The finance representative would not accept this since he wanted a bank check- after a discussion about our options, this individual did not seem willing to help us in taking the car home. On our way out, I spoke with Paul, who was able to work out a solution until we could get to the bank the next day. Again, Paul was great. We definitely recommend working with Paul- the team in the finance department, not so much. More

It was a joy dealing with Paul Blakeman as my sales associate.
