So Paul was reccomended to me by two of my co workers. After a few months of research i was all most about to buy a Cadillac ATS when a dealership gave me numbers that actually beat Paul on the quote he gave me for a 328ixdrive. They assured me the deal was sound and all i had to do was come sign papers. After talking to the sales person repeatedly to assure it was as simple as sighing papers a minute before i was going to walk out the door with my wife to go there the Cadillac Finance department called me with questions. And told me that the deal had never even been brought to them. I was furious! So i called Paul to ask him if the numbers he gave me were real and if i was going to have to wait for finance or other BS to get it done. He told me to just bring a pen. Now i had not chosen the exact car i wanted and just told paul some of the options i had to have and colors i was interested in. When i got there with the family Paul had found a Perfect silver 328i x drive that met all my demands. And made a bet i'd like the silver the best. And he was totally right. So waited a whole 10 minutes and the business office was ready for me and my wife to sighn papers. It took all of ten minutes. My wife left with the kids to shop and i stuck around to take delivery of my new baby. Paul showed me all the tricks and toys of the car and could not have been any more helpful and open. I will send all of my friends to Paul when looking for a car. Just an amazing experience all around and i cant reccomend him enough! More

This place has the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only do they lie or give misrepresentation/misinformation, but they fail to take any responsibility for their actions. My trade-in was given the lowest possible amount because they knew I was in a pinch and they use 328i they sold me had problems as soon as I drove it off the lot! After not passing the inspection, I had to return the car for all tires to be replaced and requested a missing floor mat be added. Additionally, I was given a "loner" car that was apparently someone's personal vehicle because it was an old Toyota Camry with ashes and imbedded cigarette smoke! Months after, other issues came up and after getting the run-around from every sales manager, no follow-ups were every received. DO NOT purchase from this dealership! Save yourself time, money and unnecessary frustration! More
