Paul's diligence, patience, and responsiveness (in person and via email) are exceptional. I test drove two cars two times each and took some time making up my mind without being rushed or pressured. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, Paul helped guide me through the process with patience and clearly a lot of experience. He provided regular updates as my ultimate driving machine was built in Germany and shipped across the Atlantic. Once it was delivered, he made sure I could pick it up and was properly introduced to its great number of features - he even did so after-hours when I got stuck in traffic on my way to the pick-up. Unlike other car dealerships in the DC area, I look forward to working with Paul and team in the future - although I hope for my car to spend most of the time on the road rather than in the shop. From the time I walked into BMW of Alexandria, until the time that I left, I was treated with the upmost respect as if I was one of their family members. I was impressed by this because even though I knew what I wanted in a car, my wife did not. Paul took the reigns and made sense of the jargon I was using to explain to my wife, that the car I wanted was a beast. My wife got a full walkthrough of the car and was shown everything that was important from not only a safety standpoint, but also from a functional standpoint.
