Horrible Experience dealing with management On April 23, 2014 I purchased a CPO 5 series from BMW of Alexandria. This was the 3rd CPO 5 series I have purchased but the first one from this deale On April 23, 2014 I purchased a CPO 5 series from BMW of Alexandria. This was the 3rd CPO 5 series I have purchased but the first one from this dealership. Initially everything was fine. My sales person Hugo Cuz was great and he worked with me to get the deal done. I want to be clear that my rating is no reflection on him. The next day I had a malfunction with on of the parking cameras on the car. I was not too alarmed because I figured it was something that could easily be taken care of. However what happened next was totally unacceptable. Since I live in MD I had to get the car inspected in MD in order to get the titling complete. I took the car to another BMW dealership on Friday to get the inspection done and to my disbelief the car failed the inspection. I contact Hugo who had the Sales Manager Ogun Yilmazer contact me. Ogun's attitude was that this was no big deal and that the dealership did everything right with their 100 + point inspection and at times during the conversation implied that it was my fault the car failed inspection. After I continued to press the issue and let him know how I felt Ogun hung up on me. Needless to say I am in talks with my attorney on whether to keep the car or not. My attorney is also in the process of drafting letters to BMW of North America and to the ownership on BMW of Alexandria. More

Working with Nabil Haddad this time around, I didn't feel any pressure and took almost a week to make my decision. He went over all my purchasing options, with both a CPO and new car, until we found the right fit for me. He eased any apprehensions I had about purchasing a luxury car and he made the process painless. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did my financing paperwork, but he was also very nice- I made it clear that I wasn't going to buy any extras and I am very happy that he didn't come off pushy.The cappuccino machine at the dealership was also nice...good coffee :) More

While car shopping we ran into Rick Lopez and his Manager (Can't remember his name) of BMW of Alexandria. We were looking at a 328 but unsure of which car we really wanted. After showing us multiple cars over the span of two days we really liked the BMW 535i. Working out pricing and details we found out it was too high for our budget. This is the only BMW we really wanted! Rick worked out a few more details and got us a killer price on the car! I had a great experience working with Paul. I have had my share of experiences working with car dealerships and this was the BEST experience so far. Paul was very knowledgeable about the X5 and allowed me to share of experiences working with car dealerships and this was the BEST experience so far. Paul was very knowledgeable about the X5 and allowed me to test drive the car by myself (most dealers have the sales guy ride with you). This allowed me to really make a decision without being "pushed". Paul was also very responsive to emails/phone calls when There was a delay in obtaining the car registration. He sent us another temp tag while we waited for the DMV and he followed up to make sure we obtained the hard tags and emailed me once they were sent. Overall this was a smooth experience and I think I may have found my car dealership for life. Thanks for the great customer service! More

The overall atmosphere at the dealership was inviting and I was immediately at ease with Mr. Blakeman's friendliness and expertise. Upon arrival, Paul had the car parked out front and ready for me to test drive. He handed me the keys after a brief introduction and let me take the car for a spin. The nice thing was that I did not have to wait long to be helped and was given plenty of time to make my decision. Since this was my first car purchase I was a little overwhelmed. However, Paul was very genuine and supportive throughout the process. It helps working with someone who has a very down to earth personality. I can comfortably say that I did not feel pressured and know I got a great deal on a nice car. The overall car buying experience at BMW of Alexandria was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to doing business with them in the future! More

I just purchased a 2014 BMW X5d. This is the second new BMW we bought from Nabil Haddad at BMW of Alexandria and we could not be happier. The buying process was thoroughly enjoyable. Although BMW offers a BMW we bought from Nabil Haddad at BMW of Alexandria and we could not be happier. The buying process was thoroughly enjoyable. Although BMW offers a wide variety of option packages and standalone options, Nabil did a wonderful job making sure you get what you want without pushing things you don't. I did a lot of research before I selected the X5, but Nabil exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate recommending Alexandria BMW to my friends...and I would suggest they ask for Nabil.
