Working with Hugo was one of the easiest car purchases that I have made. He was very easy and helpful to work with. There was never any sales pressure to purchase the vehicle. This is a rare occurrence with your typical car dealerships. It is one of the reasons that I have always disliked looking for a new car. Hugo allowed me the opportunity to test drive the car for as long as I wanted to make sure that I liked it. He was very knowledgable on the BMWs and answered all of my questions. The only decision that I had to make was what color did I want. Picking up my vehicle was also easy. Hugo was ready for me when I arrived and got all of the paperwork done in order to move to the business office. Once there that was the quickest transaction that I had done. Nakim Hashimi was very professional and quick in having me sign all of the documents. He was also pleasant to work with and did not pressure me to purchase options that I was not prepared to buy.
