Positive Experience I purchased a CPO from this dealership. I'm not local, so I purchased the car without any sort of physical inspection. Horrible Experience dealing with management On April 23, 2014 I purchased a CPO 5 series from BMW of Alexandria. This was the 3rd CPO 5 series I have purchased but the first one from this deale On April 23, 2014 I purchased a CPO 5 series from BMW of Alexandria. This was the 3rd CPO 5 series I have purchased but the first one from this dealership. Initially everything was fine. My sales person Hugo Cuz was great and he worked with me to get the deal done. I want to be clear that my rating is no reflection on him. The next day I had a malfunction with on of the parking cameras on the car. I was not too alarmed because I figured it was something that could easily be taken care of. However what happened next was totally unacceptable. Since I live in MD I had to get the car inspected in MD in order to get the titling complete. I took the car to another BMW dealership on Friday to get the inspection done and to my disbelief the car failed the inspection. I contact Hugo who had the Sales Manager Ogun Yilmazer contact me. Ogun's attitude was that this was no big deal and that the dealership did everything right with their 100 + point inspection and at times during the conversation implied that it was my fault the car failed inspection. After I continued to press the issue and let him know how I felt Ogun hung up on me. Needless to say I am in talks with my attorney on whether to keep the car or not. My attorney is also in the process of drafting letters to BMW of North America and to the ownership on BMW of Alexandria. More

Working with Nabil Haddad this time around, I didn't feel any pressure and took almost a week to make my decision. He went over all my purchasing options, with both a CPO and new car, until we found the right fit for me. He eased any apprehensions I had about purchasing a luxury car and he made the process painless. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did my financing paperwork, but he was also very nice- I made it clear that I wasn't going to buy any extras and I am very happy that he didn't come off pushy.The cappuccino machine at the dealership was also nice...good coffee :) More
