Under warranty things get fixed but once you are paying out of your pocket you can be assured it will be in the shop repeatedly. Problems that you indicate get "fixed" only to recur and another solution, which you pay for, is recommended. In the end you start paying thousands of dollars with no assurance that the work will actually fix the problem. My advice, once you are out of warranty find a mechanic that actually knows who to fix you car. More

This is a rare occurrence with your typical car dealerships. It is one of the reasons that I have always disliked looking for a new car. Hugo allowed me the opportunity to test drive the car for as long as I wanted to make sure that I liked it. He was very knowledgable on the BMWs and answered all of my questions. The only decision that I had to make was what color did I want. Picking up my vehicle was also easy.
