Blakeman, is truly incredible. He informed me of options months ago via email and although I no longer live in his sales area- I decided to drive across country just so that I can continue to work with him. This speaks volumes to the level of customer service that Paul provides. I can honestly say that when I walked away from making "the deal" I did not have any buyer's remorse. Paul presented me with all the best options for me within my budget and helped me make the best decision. I truly appreciate Paul for all of his hard work and for treating me with so much car. Paul is very passionate about his customers and his smile was just as large as mine (if not larger) once we finished all of our paperwork. He truly is my "car guy" and I plan to work with him again in another 3 years! More

Though we arrived on a Sunday without an appointment, we were greeted right away and asked what we were interested in. Our particular salesman, Nabil Haddad, let us know that he was limited on time due to a car delivery, but that he could get us started on our looking at vehicles. We left that day with a lot of information and Nabil's person cell phone. He was very responsive to my texts messages, which I appreciated quite a bit. Purchasing a BMW is a significant financial decision for most people, so to have my questions answered in a timely manner without having to labor through an actual phone call was nice. By the time I made it back to the dealership later that week, most of my questions were answered and I was confident of my purchase. My time with the finance guy was great and I loved how, after financing, BMW assigned me a 'genius' to get me started with the process of getting to know my car. There are a lot of gadgets and widgets available to you, so do NOT miss this step. Overall, I had a great experience and will recommend BMW of Alexandria to anyone who asks. More

He called us within minutes of our request online and followed up promptly. Our whole purchase experience including test drive was under 4 hours. We drove away with an amazing vehicle. Hugo anticipated our questions in advance, had answers and paperwork to back his claims. I will highly recommend this dealer/dealership to all who ask. More
