Osman is the greatest! I came into this BMW unsure about what vehicle I wanted to lease next after my current Volkswagen Tiguan lease was expiring. I was debating about whether I wanted to transition to a BMW, and Osman is absolutely the biggest reason why I did so. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Once I decided on the BMW 3-series, he explained all the different options that were available, assisted me in getting the best deal possible, and ensured that I would be happy with my vehicle. My vehicle has everything I could have wanted and was a perfect fit for me. He was attentive and energetic the entire time and I couldn't be happier with his service. I am very glad he was the associate who helped me when I walked in, because I don't know if I would have gotten a BMW otherwise. He felt less like a salesman and more like a friend who was truly trying to help me find the perfect car for the best deal. The had the car I wanted in stock minus the black 19" wheels which was a deal breaker for me. Within 5 minutes he located one in Boston and called the dealer to check it's availability. I went in on a Monday afternoon, by Friday afternoon he had my car shipped from Boston and delivered to me. When we did the paper work my lease was actually lower than originally thought. Finance managers, Al and Hakim, there were extremely nice as well. No brainer to give these guys a shot at your business. More

When we arrived for a test drive, he greeted us while both vehicles had already been waiting right in front of the main office ready for us. Osman not only answered all of the technical questions that we had, but also suggested some alternatives. We did not feel pressured to buy at all. Instead, it was very helpful to discuss various options with him. We ended up placing a custom order for a new BMW, but even prior to us placing the order, Osman had thoroughly searched the database of existing cars to see if a vehicle that met our requirements was available somewhere else so that we could have it sooner. We were also happy to receive a discount off of the MSRP of the new car, which Osman had successfully negotiated for us. Placing the order for a new car took no longer that 30 minutes. We were very impressed with Osman's competence, a friendly, helpful attitude, and resourcefulness. His emphasis is on making you a happy customer, not just close the deal, and that's what turned our car buying experience (that we initially dreaded) into a great one, all due to Osman! More
