First brand new car! I am the type that puts in an abundance of research for most items that I buy. Additionally, I tend to ask many questions and he frankly answered all of them; if he didn't have the answer at that time, he sent me an email with the answer very quickly. The same day I came in to look at cars, I had gone to Land Rover of Alexandria and the experience was night and day difference. I was contemplating between a Range Rover Sport and a BMW X5. Utter disgust at Land Rover easily made my decision! I highly recommend BMW of Alexandria from their sales department to their service department (had an older BMW for many years before this purchase). More

In a very vulnerable state, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised that I did not have the haggle over pricing and that Paul offered me comparable figures that matched my research of Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. In addition, Paul did everything possible to make me comfortable and expedite the entire process, while ensuring the highest level of quality service. I would never consider Paul a car sales but the model representative for a dymanic company- BMW.. More
