I have experienced great customer service and not so great customer service in years of buying BMWs. I researched the vehicle I wanted in the DMV (including options and color) and I kept coming back to BMW of Alexandria. The first time I visited the location, I was satisfied with my experience, and I immediately knew this was where my next BMW was coming from. I communicated with Al Milani with my expectations and he had Dennis Leber (exceptional customer service provided) assist me with my purchase. I enjoyed the experience and will return to BMW of Alexandria and will recommend the dealership and most importantly, Dennis! More

Malik is an outstanding salesman who provided me with an awesome experience...I truly felt that I was "a valued customer." Malik was experienced in car features, functionality, pros and cons on various options, and most of all, he was courteous and patient. Not only was he considerate and professional with me, but he treated other customers and his coworkers with the same level of treatment. This truly impressed me and gave me a positive impression of him, not only as a sales representative, but also as a person. I've purchased many cars over the years (new and used) and Malik has restored my faith in knowing that excellent customer service does still exist. discuss my experience I have owned BMW (in another state and bought from a diff dealership), Audi and other luxury cars in the last 20 years, making my exposure to differen I have owned BMW (in another state and bought from a diff dealership), Audi and other luxury cars in the last 20 years, making my exposure to different sales associates quite interesting. with this said: I have never come across a nicer, friendlier, informative and professional advisor as Jeff Rodriguez of BMW alexandria, Va. in addition to his comprehensive knowledge of the style of BMW I had inquired about, he was extremely respectful to my budget without being pushy or annoying. One thing that attracted me to this branch contrary to my previous experiences with different dealership was the respect and curtosy extended by Jeff and the finance department rep towards my elderly father who suffers from mild alzheimer, making him more vulnerable. I will recommend Jeff Rodriguez to everyone and I really appreciated his follow-up call to me, making sure I was enjoying my new car. sara najafi. More

Highly recommend working with Jeff Rodriguez Initial contact with the dealership was the result of an Internet query. Jeff Rodriguez responded quickly and suggested that I come by the dealership. After trading a few emails and phone calls, I came to the dealership and was greeted by Jeff. Jeff worked diligently to find me the model/features I was looking for. Unfortunately, none were to be had and eventually we ended up factory ordering what I wanted. During the entire process, Jeff was attentive, professional and friendly. Never did I feel pressured to close a deal. Overall, it was great working with Jeff. I would highly recommend anyone planning to go to BMW of Alexandria that they specifically ask for Jeff. More
