We did a lot of research and zeroed in sedan and suv choices amongst the three German auto manufacturers and then reached out to two dealerships of each in our area. The response we got was very telling (and symptomatic of our experience in subsequent visits to the dealerships). Both BMW dealerships were a league apart with friendly and helpful conversations. Audi was completely indifferent while Mercedes was all about the hard sell. The one person that stood out from the pack and sealed the deal for us was Malik Faye at the BMW of Alexandria. From go he actually listened to our needs, provided helpful feedback and helped us zero in to a final decision that met our needs. He was fair on pricing and was incredibly helpful all through the process. There was no hard sell, or unpleasantries that we often associate with dealing with aggressive car sale persons. We finally went with a new custom order 2017 X3 3.5i xdrive From the point of responding to our initial queries, all through the purchase, delivery and then follow up we enjoyed working with Malik. We love the car and are enjoying it a lot. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mailk and team. We are hoping service calls are as smooth (and fair) an experience as we have had so far! I genuinely did NOT think I would walk out with the car of my dreams, given the horrible encounters with other dealerships I had had. Jeff Rodriguez at the BMW of Alexandria greeted us with a warm smile and reassurance that he could find me what I wanted, at the price I wanted. And just a couple hours later I drove off the lot with an AMAZING deal and a gorgeous car that I love (328xi). He made the process seamless and made sure I was satisfied, without the bs that comes from typical dealership sales guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

He made sure that I wasn't pressured during this whole process, including price negotiations. When all was said and done, I had a price I was happy with and a person that I was happy to work with. While I was looking for a brand new car, I selected a preowned two year old vehicle due to the BMW warranty program, low mileage, and excellent condition. He was not pushy (like many car sales people) and he was sensitive to my need to review and try out several makes and models. When I finally picked out my car, I did so because of the great deal I received from Jeff. He is a man of his word- the bumper was scratched (typical city bumper) and he had it repaired and it looks brand new). I would highly recommend him as I would return to him when I am ready for another car. More
