GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I don't know what I was thinking bringing my BMW back here for service! I really don't think the service department is trustworthy. The worse thing about it is I bought my car from them! Next time I will go elsewhere. It has been constantly painful to deal with them over the lifetime of my BMW. You can tell they have issued as they appear to have a high turnover rate among their service writers and service managers. My advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

Teachers and BMWs do go together! This was my first purchase of a car. I walked in, after going to a previous dealer where no one helped me, and I was in awe of the facility and the qu This was my first purchase of a car. I walked in, after going to a previous dealer where no one helped me, and I was in awe of the facility and the quality of professionalism of the staff. I honestly went in with no intention of leaving with a car. I wanted to see if a BMW was even feasible for my budget. My boyfriend and I test drove a car after speaking with Jeff and letting him know my budget and what I would like in the car. Once we came back from the test drive, he had written up a quote for the model I wanted. Sure enough, it was right on my budget! Don't know how he did it, but I'm glad he did. We were on the brink of walking out because I wanted to come back after I had spoken to my insurance company and figured out the full details of leasing a BMW. Jeff would not be working on Election Day, but he was amazing at answering all the questions I had regarding lease details, and even offered to call my insurance company from his desk to figure out all the details. After talking to my mom and my boyfriend, and the reassurance that Jeff gave me, I was confident enough to go through with it (it was around 5:30pm, and they closed at 5). Jeff was amazing and gave me everything I wanted in my budget. I love my 2016 320i Xdrive and can't wait to show it off! The leasing process wasn't as stringent as I thought it would be. It was fast and easy. During the sit down with the finance manager you can add your protection packages, which they highly recommend and so do I! I have awful luck with tires, so of course I did not hesitate for the tire package. That put me a bit over my budget, but worth it with my track record. Jeff pointed me in all the right directions and made me feel super confident about this huge decision; one of the biggest decisions I've had thus far. I have no regrets whatsoever and would recommend Jeff 10 out of 10 times. Great customer service, and was genuinely interested in addressing all my needs and concerns with the car that I chose. More

He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, had a non-pressure attitude and very professional. He explained to us all the details of the car - financing, warranty, and the "bells and whistles" of this model, We have never been inside the BMW of Alexandria showroom, nor have we ever bought a car from them.
