Poor Quality Service I dropped my 01 540i M-Sport off for service three weeks ago. Finally, got a call to pick up. Bill was less than I expected. Car pulled around, sounded great and I was preparing to drive off. Told need a new brake light, went to parts and ordered. Came back car no longer running. Turned key battery dead...I just paid for a new battery and requested BMW check for electrical short. Obvious car diagnostics were not done. Total scam dealership. More

I would have preferred a little more attention and clarification as we waiting to meet with the finance representative. It took much longer than expected and I was under the impression that I would be speaking with a "Genius" while waiting. However, once the sale was complete, Paul did go over some of the features of the car before I drove off and also gave me the option to come back or call anytime with questions. More
