The service department lied to our faces after making us wait more than 24 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Jeff Fritz told us that although we made an appointment for an oil change, that the appointment was to sp wait more than 24 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Jeff Fritz told us that although we made an appointment for an oil change, that the appointment was to speak with a service representative—not for an oil change? Even though the website clearly states the appointments are for next day service. To get our car back we had to physically go into the service department and demand they actually do the work. Unbelievable. We still do not have our car back. Do not go to this dealership for service! More
I brought my 2 month old 2020 M4 to the dealership to have the two right wheels replaced and alignment done. I wasnt going to file a claim at first with my insurance because I had the warranty on the whe have the two right wheels replaced and alignment done. I wasnt going to file a claim at first with my insurance because I had the warranty on the wheels and tires and the service department made a quote for me for about $2100 to replace two control arms. At this point I called my insurance company and they came in and audited their assesment of work and the service department overcharged me by about $800. After that they then charge me for 2 alignments on the car which were 350 a piece and then when I got my car back they didnt even vacuum or clean the car and also didnt have the plastic covers on the seat or the floor. On top of that, they forgot to put my hubcap back on one of the wheels that wasnt even replaced. I asked my rep if he would do the 2nd alignment for free since I just spent almost $90k on a car and they overcharge me for the service ansd they would not do anything for free. AWFUL SERVICE AND WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!! More

We bought a 3 year old X5 BMW, and on the following day it rained and the interior (full of electronic) got wet. How can they have missed this in their inspection? How can we know if this will not create a it rained and the interior (full of electronic) got wet. How can they have missed this in their inspection? This is the second car we lease from BMW of Alexandria and cannot be happier with the great service received. Paul Blakeman was extremely helpful and patient with me, for which I am most grateful. Dysfunctional Dealership I have purchased a handful of Dysfunctional Dealership I have purchased a handful of cars both in-state and out of state, this was by far the worst experience on many levels. Dysfunctional Dealership I have purchased a handful of cars both in-state and out of state, this was by far the worst experience on many levels. First, it took over 4 months for them to process tags and registration. They require you to use their “third party Tag Service”, which of course is not free. They take a $500 deposit at purchase and are supposed to refund the remaining balance. However, this was not automatically done, and I had to request for the excess money to be returned! They don’t allow you to register your own vehicle for out of state purchases ($160 fee for the tag service that took 4 months). Along the same lines, when the vehicle was finally registered, they had the plates shipped to the dealership and not to my home. Again, they wanted another $35 to ship the plates to me! Along with many other reviews here, beware of the crazy $800 processing fee for consumer services. Add in the extra $200 for registering the vehicle and $1000 is by far the most I have ever seen from dealership processing fees! Secondly, this dealership interdepartmental communication is horrendous. It honestly felt like a second job having to babysit this dealership to get my vehicle registered. Hugo was quick and to the point with the sale, which I appreciated, however once I drove off the lot, there seemed to be little effort from him. I would be very surprised if they have repeat customers here. It appears no one follows up on the registration paperwork to make sure things are in order? Every 30 days when I would request new temp tags (they were not efficient enough to send them without me asking), there was always an issue. No phone call to let me know something needed resolved. I would receive random emails asking for immediate tasks to be completed. This resulted in me having to drive on expired temp tags multiple times since it took 4 months for this process. I requested to speak with a manager, Sam Lee, and he never called. I called a few times and could only get his voice message. He would then email me later that night or days later with a response. This dealership is very dysfunctional and appears to be okay with poor service. I will not be buying another vehicle from there and would suggest you avoid them as well. More
