Andrii is my sales person and I am so impressed. I have ordered an Acura Type S but it’s not due in until next year. My wife and I met with Andrii as I was considering purchasing an M3 or M550i in order to ordered an Acura Type S but it’s not due in until next year. My wife and I met with Andrii as I was considering purchasing an M3 or M550i in order to have in 2021. I did not fit well in the M3 so I requested a deal on the M550i. It came in at $100000. With 50% down the payment was a modest $850. But my wife who only sees a car as something to go from A to B was incredulous that I wanted to pay $30000 more than the Acura which she feels is overpriced anyway. Her Honda was new in 2005 and at 350000 miles is still like new. But I want a sweet ride and being 71 many not have much gas remaining. So, Andrii seeing her anxiety said, why not just wait and see if you would prefer the BMW over the Acura and come back in the spring after we see the Acura. She was so taken by his attitude that she said to me that when the Acura comes in and I am still longing for the BMW, she will Bless the deal! Andrii, you ate a genius and I will see you in the Spring! More

Didn’t get back a response after I submitted an appraisal from that salesperson and/or dealership. Not a good customer service strategy. At least have the decency to follow up with the customer. I have been shopping for a new vehicle for months. I had not looked at BMW before and I have no reason why not. I picked up my new X5 yesterday and the entire experience was wonderful. The salesman, Abed not looked at BMW before and I have no reason why not. I picked up my new X5 yesterday and the entire experience was wonderful. The salesman, Abed Abutaa, did not jerk my chain about inventory problems and there was no surprise dealer mark due to demand and shortages like I experienced at other dealers.
