Avoid dealing with the used car department here at all costs!! Getting information from the salesperson after I committed to purchase was like pulling hen's teeth; the manager is a nice guy but the deale costs!! Getting information from the salesperson after I committed to purchase was like pulling hen's teeth; the manager is a nice guy but the dealership does not seem to have their act together; I sat at the salesperson's desk waiting hours (while the salesperson worked with other customers) for delivery of a car that I was paying cash for (they told me they were "too busy"); and I'm still waiting 7 weeks later for a reimbursement they promised me that day. I gave a 2 star rating only because the price on the 2022 car I bought from them was fair. I'd never deal with this dealership again. More

Dropping off my vehicle, I had to wait on service and no other customers were waiting (I was the only customer). After service was completed and I picked up my vehicle around 8:00pm, $1600.00 dollars later, other customers were waiting (I was the only customer). After service was completed and I picked up my vehicle around 8:00pm, $1600.00 dollars later, I received the worst customer service ever in all of my 53 years of life. I just cannot spend this type of money for horrible service. I was not even acknowledged, then when I got the reception attention and paid for my vehicle, I did not receive a thank you for choosing us or have a great evening. I am truly done with this dealership. Oh, by the way, the customer in front of me car keys was misplaced by this dealership. More
My brand new 2022, X3 was involved in an accident. It was towed to the dealership for repairs in May 2022, got the suv back in Nov 2022...repairs are still not done properly, and the car is just ridin It was towed to the dealership for repairs in May 2022, got the suv back in Nov 2022...repairs are still not done properly, and the car is just riding horrible and feels so unsafe, apparently the side of the car that had no impact, was overlooked and has continued to be an issue. I keep calling every month to the location to get the car back in to get checked out and keep getting the run around, I am told it's busy...like xxx!! You would think they are fixing my vehicle for FREE. At this point I am DONE with BMW. On the bright side, Alp my sales guy is the best (he sold me 2 brand new cars over the years) and my previous service techs Jack and Greg are very great with communication and service! More
Management at this dealership is totally inept! Poor communication and follow up! General manager does not return calls and passes the buck to his subordinates to deal with issues. BTW... I just sat, in my car, in the service area for over and hour. I had an appointment. No one came to check me in or even speak to me. Yet they helped the cars in front of me and behind me….. Horrible customer service. I made the mistake of ordering a new car here- they didn’t file the registration paperwork properly, AND they refused to let me register myself. They blew me off every time I tried to call to resolve the issue. Once they have your money, they don’t give a xxxx about any problems. Overcharged me by 1000$ after they “forgot” I paid a down payment as well. All they care about is stealing your money. More
The sales manager was dishonest and attempted to force me towards financing the vehicle at a higher amount, so the dealership could maximize its profit.. He also claimed that I needed to purchase the X3 wit towards financing the vehicle at a higher amount, so the dealership could maximize its profit.. He also claimed that I needed to purchase the X3 within an hour because another person was scheduled to come in and would likely buy the SUV. That was two weeks ago and the vehicle is still on the lot. I have simply ignored their phone calls since that regrettable visit. More
