Customers may be more willing to perform additional recommended services if they did not have to wait at the dealership. There were no surprises—just honest recommendations and great service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. It even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I really appreciate the attention to detail and the respect they show for both the customer and the vehicle.
