When I asked for videos of the vehicle I was interested in, I received them promptly. When I had questions about the videos, they answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was a hassle. When I arrived at the dealership, I was helped and showed the vehicle, and treated with respect. Being a woman, sometimes that doesn’t happen. From start to finish, my time was valued. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In the last year, this is the fifth car I have purchased, and this was by far the best experience I have had. More

He is very professional, kept answering all my questions and I had A LOT of them during ordering, production and delivery stages. Everything was so smooth and seamless, he spent with me pretty much half a day when I was picking my car and went through every little detail including helping me setting MyBMW app and digital key. Then I worked with Randall N. who helped me with all the paperwork. Randall too was very helpful and professional. I appreciate him taking time and explaining everything without rushing or pushing. Even when I just walked in for my appointment with Zach I was greeted by a person at the front desk who was very polite, offered me beverages. This is what I call the next level customer service. I had a very bad experience with other dealerships so my expectations were not high when I came to BMW Seattle first time. I am so glad I did. The team exceeded my expectations over and over again. I can't thank everyone at BMW Seattle enough. You guys are just awesome! Thank you so much! More
Benson Yim was top-notch in helping us turn our leased car in and secure another vehicle in this very competitive vehicle market. We're new to Seattle from California so this is a brand new BMW relationsh car in and secure another vehicle in this very competitive vehicle market. We're new to Seattle from California so this is a brand new BMW relationship for us. After looking online to see if there was an x3 black exterior with black interior in stock I called BMW Seattle on a Friday at 5 pm and Benson Yim jumped right on it - found the vehicle, sent photos and then the next morning, Saturday at 9 am, we met with him, filled out the paperwork and secured the exact BMW that we were looking for (our 6th BMW lease). When we asked to get the transaction wrapped up Saturday morning because we travel a lot for business, Benson listened and made it happen - great work, much appreciated! We look forward to working with Benson and BMW Seattle team as we enjoy our 6th/new BMW. More

They used to be good as far as service goes, but not so sure anymore; I brought my car in for a recall on Sep 6th and as of Sep 20th still no have of when the work will be done. I have left 2 phone messages, emailed and tried texting as well as 2 emails. The Service advisor Alvaro Martinez totally dropped the ball. He is out of office as of Sept 15th to the 22nd and Person he left as backup NZeynalnia@lithia.com has not responded to my emails. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a luxury car dealer. More

Benson helped me to find an allocation for the new X5 45e (which is the hottest model in the market) pretty quickly and he was able to provide a good price for my trade-in vehicle. After making sure the car I seen online was still available I drove out to Seattle to check it out in person. The car obviously had yet to be washed or detailed even though according to CARFAX it had available I drove out to Seattle to check it out in person. The outside was filthy, there was candy wrappers on the center console, garbage bag and pens in the trunk. No big deal, I still loved the car. While trying to figure out the final price we just couldn’t quite meet where I was comfortable. The next day while driving to a few other dealers to check out the same model I decided I wanted the one in Seattle and started running numbers in my head to make it work. I texted them the next day in hopes of scheduling a time to go in and buy it but they offered me a number much higher than any price we discussed in person. That’s a joke right? I stated that I felt they were playing games and didn’t care at this point because I came back trying harder to work with them and not only did they raise the price but they didn’t care about the quote I got 3 days prior and were unwilling to come down, it also took 5 HOURS to work on the price and get back to me (Since when does it take 5 hours to run numbers? I’d have been pissed if I was in the dealership). They than asked who I worked with and proceeded to stop contact after I said he didn’t give me a business card so I wasn’t sure the name. This was that absolute most ridiculous car buying experience I’ve ever had, otherwise I would’ve bought a car. More
