Then I worked with Randall N. who helped me with all the paperwork. Randall too was very helpful and professional. I appreciate him taking time and explaining everything without rushing or pushing. Even when I just walked in for my appointment with Zach I was greeted by a person at the front desk who was very polite, offered me beverages. This is what I call the next level customer service. After looking online to see if there was an x3 black exterior with black interior in stock I called BMW Seattle on a Friday at 5 pm and Benson Yim jumped right on it - found the vehicle, sent photos and then the next morning, Saturday at 9 am, we met with him, filled out the paperwork and secured the exact BMW that we were looking for (our 6th BMW lease). When we asked to get the transaction wrapped up Saturday morning because we travel a lot for business, Benson listened and made it happen - great work, much appreciated! He is out of office as of Sept 15th to the 22nd and Person he left as backup NZeynalnia@lithia.com has not responded to my emails. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a luxury car dealer. More
