The car itself is wonderful and has easily exceeded my expectations. However the experience at the dealership, and specifically my Client Adviser, really sealed the deal.... I worked with Karl Enemark and will be recommending him to anybody remotely interested in BMW's, and/or any of their cars in stock. Karl's passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of cars and the BMW product line was very impressive AND refreshing. I'm a certified car fanatic and it was terrific to work with somebody like minded. However, it was clear to see that working with Karl would be ideal even for folks who may be less car-passionate than myself. He was honest, transparent, forthright, and very friendly - something we don't always find in the car buying world! The rest of the folks I interacted with at BMW Seattle were A+ as well. It's a nice, clean, well organized dealership that I'll be working with often in the future. In regards to the car deal itself, I received a very fair number on the purchase price and a decent figure for my trade-in. Great experience with the Finance department as well, and I appreciate the great % rate they found for me. Thanks again, guys - well done! More

I knew the car I wanted and there was never any pressure to upsell, or try to push me to something different. Negotiations were fair with no games. I ended up with an amazing driving machine (which is a fine BMW 535..awesome). Stanley...thank you for going the extra mile with water for my drive back home, great tutorial on all the bells and whistles on the car, and following up to ensure I was a satisfied customer which I definitely am. John found me wandering around the cars in the show room and immediately struck me as a no pressure salesman that just seemed to want to help more than force a sale. He immediately offered me to test drive both the 6MT and auto transmission so I could experience both. Never I felt any pressure to take a decision (even though I'm aware the car is in high-demand). He let me push the car pretty hard - in some cases you kind of feel the salesman to not appreciate. Not John, he totally understood this was an enthusiast car and that's part of the deal. Back in the office, he was able to answer all the questions I had (but had to check a few times with someone else)...I still prefer that to someone who just answer non accurate facts. Didn't have time to negotiate and order the car on that day but I will most definitely do business with John when the time is right. More

We traded a Ford Fusion '06 in for a MINI Cooper Countryman 2011 all wheel drive which is amazing. Dale was great with the trade in price and getting us the best interest rate possible. There was never any pressure to buy and the process was extremely quick and easy and we now have a great extended warranty after the manufacture warranty. Great dealership especially the people and the layout of the building. More
