Third time around, and somehow BMW Seattle gets even better I've just finished my third car purchase from BMW Seattle in many years. This time around it was with Blake and Stanley on a used BMW M3. Great Service at Seattle BMW I initially took my BMW to a repair shop that specializes in them over on 15th Ave W. by Magnolia... you can infer which one I'm talking about (it's b I initially took my BMW to a repair shop that specializes in them over on 15th Ave W. by Magnolia... you can infer which one I'm talking about (it's by terminal 91) where I consistently received subpar service, which had me bringing my car back into them three times within two months of my initial repair work. Once I brought it into BMW Seattle, they pointed out everything they could find wrong with it the first time, and took care of it all at once while also providing a much needed Loaner. When I had trouble with the car two weeks after my first time at BMW Seattle, I brought it back in, and Tony Alongi, my service supervisor, offered to do the repairs for free because he felt bad that they hadn't caught the issue when it was in before. Now, while I'm sure what happened wasn't Tony's or BMW of Seattle's fault, it meant a lot to me to have them offer to do it for free, because it showed me how much they value their clients, and how far they're willing to go to retain them. I can easily say, that so long as the service stays like it is now, they have a lifetime client in me, I plan on buying my next BMW from BMW Seattle More
