Went the extra mile for customer care I leased a 335 with Michael and was impressed by the lengths the dealership went to. When I arrived late for my appointment, Michael stayed late 30 mi I leased a 335 with Michael and was impressed by the lengths the dealership went to. When I arrived late for my appointment, Michael stayed late 30 minutes past closing to show me the car and do a test drive. On the day of delivery, Michael came to pick me up all the way in Kirkland. He also followed up consistently with answers to questions that came up during ownership. Condition of the car was also spotless. It was a very good experience overall. More

Great Sales Staff - Great Car Buying Experience Going to buy a car is not always the best experience given the high-pressure tactics of many dealerships. This experience, at BMW Seattle, was comple Going to buy a car is not always the best experience given the high-pressure tactics of many dealerships. This experience, at BMW Seattle, was completely opposite. We met with Blake Pool first and were given a lot of information about the car (and BMW in general) with no pressure to purchase. We spent about a week looking, coming back and meeting several times, finally meeting with Stanley Ng to take a test drive. Stan also provided a lot of good information without any pressure. The ultimate salesperson, he even somehow managed to get the Blue Angels to fly over and split over us in the convertible that we ultimately bought. Back at the dealership he, and later Blake, worked with us to get a very fair deal on the vehicle. Honest and hard working individuals. I will buy again from these individuals. More
