After a great Encore experience I checked out the parts department to pick up a few cleaning supplies I thought I might need in the future. Stan set my appointment with my service adviser Nathan, who's always been good to me. Upon check-in I was greeted outside with the car attendant and said to check-in with the front desk. I was also greeted nicely and they girls directed me to have free coffee and pastries while I wait. Love it! Nathan was really helpful and listened to my concerns about my car. He assured me that my car will be fine and will check things I addressed. Overall when I received my car it was nicely washed and runs great! I am happy to say that I am a very satisfied customer.
