My husband was surprised when Michael called us before we left Gig Harbor to let us know the car we were interested in had sold. He didn't want us to drive all the way to Seattle if that was the only vehicle we were interested in. Since when does a car salesman worry about our time? Michael does, and because of his thoughtfulness we decided to drive over and take a look at the other inventory. Michael took wonderful care of us and we drove away with a new X4! Blake followed up with me several times after the transaction was complete, and handled the "BMW Genius" appointment (explained all the features) personally. He saved several personal items from my trade in, mailed my new plates to me, and generally went out of his way to made sure that I felt and was cared for.
