He upped my trade-in value to make it work, and all within my hour long lunch break! Blake is knowledgeable, patient, and very personable. Blake followed up with me several times after the transaction was complete, and handled the "BMW Genius" appointment (explained all the features) personally. He saved several personal items from my trade in, mailed my new plates to me, and generally went out of his way to made sure that I felt and was cared for. I got the right car at a reasonable price. The purchase steps handled by the closing folks was quick & easy. MY 1st lease was from BMW Bellevue and the 1st salesman that took care of me was very rude and made my wife feel uncomfortable, but the 2nd salesman took care of us great. The reason that I decided to come to BMW Seattle was because they are the only one in Washington that wouldn't give me any hassle when I needed a loaner and the first impression of there customers service was great. Along with there biggest selection of cars and its indoor which helps with Seattle wet seasons. Anyway, my salesman in Seattle was Stanley Ng and he treated us with the outmost respect before and after the purchase and all I can say is that I will only buy my BMW in Seattle. More
