He gave us an excellent overview of the current BMW lineup and helped us focus on two models (very different) which both met our key needs/wants. We test-drove both cars, he ran numbers on both, and after about 4+ hours, we pulled the trigger on one, and drove out after their closing time with an X5. We were very happy with the entire purchase experience, and in particular with Mark's professionalism, his sincere interest in finding us the right car, and his patience and willingness to go beyond closing time to get us out the door with our new car.
