Mark listens to your unique needs and preferences, answers every question in plainspeak rather than marketing puffery, avoids game-playing on price and does everything possible to make your BMW buying experience your best car buying experience ever. To be sure, BMW Seattle is a great platform, with its beautiful showroom, genuinely friendly employees and convenient location, but a great platform means little without excellent sales personnel. Mark leverages all of the platform assets and then adds his wealth of product knowledge and desire to help each customer find the ideal car to meet his or her needs. More
