Second try wasn't any better. I visited this dealership for the second time today to have my car maintenance performed. If I had any other choice I would have taken it, but the se I visited this dealership for the second time today to have my car maintenance performed. If I had any other choice I would have taken it, but the service package I purchased with the car says I have to go here. My appointment was for 8am with an oil change on my 2008 Honda hybrid (I know, not a BMW, so maybe that's part of the problem). Last time I brought it in for the same service it took three hours and then some for them to do the same service, an oil change. No one introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions, or even told me how long it would take. So, needless to say I don't know who my service advisor was (I checked who I think it might have been, but I'm not sure). Today, it took two hours for them to do an oil change. They did wash the car, but last time they also scratched the interior of my windshield. This time they just left spots. The kicker though, is that when I came back to pick up my car, I went out to start it, and they had left he lights on, running my battery down to nil. So then it took another 30 minutes for them to get it started and charged. There was no apology, no "gee, I'm sorry, let me make this right," etc. The best thing I can say about this place is that they have a very polite and personable shuttle driver. If I can avoid going back, I will. More

After the first test drive at BMW Seattle, actually we haven't made decision yet. But luckily enough we have plenty time to get review and comparison online, and also talk to Stanley and Blake on the way. They are very nice, friendly and patient to answer different kinds of questions. No push at all, which make us feel very comfortable and calm to make decisions. They could provide very professional suggests which resolve most of our concerns. not only the quality of BMW, also the sales services are very good. I would recommend to all my friends to consult with them if they feel interested in BMW or even haven't decide a target brand/type. More

Owning an i3 himself, he was able to ans Over Memorial Day Weekend Stanley Ng helped me get into a BMW i3 -- as opposed to simply selling me the car. Owning an i3 himself, he was able to answer my many questions given how different and relatively complex this car is from other vehicles. (You can tell when a salespeople is faking what they know about a car, but Stanley's knowledge was authentic and expansive.) While being informative and persuasive in a good way, Stanley was low key, no pressure and very patient. And tenacious: though it took three trips to the sales manager's office, Stanley was able to hit my number, not Seattle BMW's number (thanks again, Stanley). Toward the end of the process, he also went above and beyond on a couple discretionary item that a lesser salesperson would have glossed over. If you are thinking about an electric BMW, you would be very, very wise to work with Stanley Ng at this dealership. More
