He was thoughtful, efficient, polite, patient, understanding and mort importantly knowledgeable. Robert understood all of the options and packages for multiple cars. He never had to go ask or go look something up. We would ask "Hey Robert, can we get the black trim with the sport package and the silver interior trim with the comfort package?" and he would always have the answer. His knowledge was not just about the cars either. He knows all about the financing and the service and... you name it. We will definitely buy our next car from Robert and recommend him to all of our friends. Our experience with Robert was enhanced by the rest of the dealership and all of the helpful staff.
