Zach was very patient with us and our kids as he constantly checked in on is throughout the entire 4 hour process (we had a trade-in). He was very friendly and really sold us on the brand from his own personal experience and passion for his work. I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are even considering BMW. We also had a very pleasant experience with Brenda in finance. She explained all the options, again from her own personal experience, and didn't pressure us at all. Cameron gave me a great assist by showing my 2 boys all the hot M series cars in the showroom. He might have created a couple of future BMW owners! Overall, we were very happy with our experience at BMW Seattle and would highly recommend them. More

Fixed My Recall Issue No Problems BMW Bellevue lied to me about being against BMW's guidelines to do recalls on salvage/rebuilt titles and even lied that it had already been done on my BMW Bellevue lied to me about being against BMW's guidelines to do recalls on salvage/rebuilt titles and even lied that it had already been done on my car when they couldn't even pull up the information. They even hung up on me at one point. So I called BMW Seattle and with very little unnecessary dialogue, I was able to bring in my car and have my recall done. Took a very short amount of time too. Great Experience My lease for my BMW 528i was going to expire in late March 2016, and I had received several e-mails about year-end specials in 2015. I waited until the last minute (the afternoon of 12/31/15) to go to BMW Seattle, after contacting one of their Internet specialists, Kevin Shi, to make an appointment. Kevin was the perfect balance in a salesperson -- attentive, eager, and responsive, without being pushy, overbearing, or aggressive. He had located cars at the dealership that matched my parameters, and let me look at them. He provided a candid and very helpful list of tradeoff items I could consider (features, costs, etc.), but I never felt he was being overly pushy. I got a car (two days ago) and I'm delighted. Not only was Kevin helpful, but so was his lease termination colleague (Josh) and his finance guy (Andy). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
