They even hung up on me at one point. So I called BMW Seattle and with very little unnecessary dialogue, I was able to bring in my car and have my recall done. Took a very short amount of time too. I waited until the last minute (the afternoon of 12/31/15) to go to BMW Seattle, after contacting one of their Internet specialists, Kevin Shi, to make an appointment. Kevin was the perfect balance in a salesperson -- attentive, eager, and responsive, without being pushy, overbearing, or aggressive. He had located cars at the dealership that matched my parameters, and let me look at them. He provided a candid and very helpful list of tradeoff items I could consider (features, costs, etc.), but I never felt he was being overly pushy. I got a car (two days ago) and I'm delighted. Not only was Kevin helpful, but so was his lease termination colleague (Josh) and his finance guy (Andy). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More

The first time, he worked with me to special-order a 335xi with some very particular specifications. Though he could have easily pushed to close, he facilitated a purchase rather than drove a sale. The second time, Karl sold me an M3. I'd mentioned a short while before that I might be in the market to purchase one, and Karl kept an eye out and let me know when the exact car I was looking for came into the shop. Additionally, he and London Agrawal went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He's made it a point to stay in touch after the sale to make sure I'm happy with the purchase and not facing any issues. This long-term relationship-based approach to trade is what it's all about.
