Not helpful and misleading After bringing our X5 in for a regular oil change, we then picked up our vehicle and starting having problems right away we informed them that the veh After bringing our X5 in for a regular oil change, we then picked up our vehicle and starting having problems right away we informed them that the vehicle was rumbling and lots of vibration, they informed us that they would check it out, we then get a voice mail from Josh Logan telling us about all the problems with our X5 and it would be 2, 997.40 to repair with no mention of the original problem that we brought it in for, we then spoke to Derek Logan who informed us that the vibration was caused by the ignition coils and spark plugs, he then proceeded to highlight this on the service request so that we knew what needed to be replaced for the vibration, we then went to another BMW qualified mechanic who replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs and we still have the same problem. So when they had our vehicle in for original service, why did they not inform us of any problems at that time, and was it just a coincidence that right after the service we have 4 problems with the car, next why were we misinformed of what was needed to repair the problem. More

Seattle BMW has a great facility and is an experience in itself to visit. More
