I have purchased BMWs from this BMW Seattle since they were on Capitol Hill and when the time came to get my son his first car, there was no hesitation to head to BMW Seattle. Inquired about a pre owned Audi A7 they had in stock, Chris Brown answered the call and got me all the information I needed. Both were highly responsive, and understood how to adjust their standard processes to accommodate unique challenges. Some dealerships very obviously prefer certain types of clients, and this was absolutely not the case here. I had submitted the majority of my information prior to arrival as an extra layer of verification everything would go smoothly, and I was surprised at how seamless and easy the finance section was. Randall kept it real with me, I very much appreciated his transparency and candor. Overall, I was in & out in just over an hour. Amazing Detail team is also great. I've had experiences with new & used car deliveries where the cleaning team overuses chemicals and fragrances, but this team was very reasonable with their product usage. More

I was greeted (via email) by a very caring, empathetic, and a humble gentleman named "Benson Yim". It took me no long to understand that Benson is a no-drama, to the point Client Advisor that I have come across in a very long time. We exchanged a few emails and I scheduled a time for a test drive. From the moment I test drove the vehicle to the one where I got the keys in hand, it was such an amazing experience. I certainly and very highly recommend Benson without any hesitations because of the following three points. 1. He is not a pushy sales person. He will ensure that you are absolutely comfortable before you reach a conclusion. His patience and warm nature are two of the many positive characteristics you will not fail to notice. 2. He will provide you with all the necessary information & more so that you can take an informed decision. 3. He will not try to sell you unnecessary "xx" (pardon my language) because he really has a vested interest in ensuring that you are comfortable in what you spend, and more importantly your happiness in owning "The Ultimate Driving Machine". I noticed that his customers keep in touch with him and share their experiences. This is so wonderful because Benson not only puts the time and effort to build a relationship during the purchase process with you but also continues to nurture that relationship after you drive home with your dream car. I truly appreciate that quality. The whole dealership vibe is so nice (polar opposite to some others). Everyone smiles at you, everyone respects you, and everyone treats you like a "premium customer" just as it should be. The overall buying experience has been a treat! If you wish to buy a BMW then look no further. Go to BMW Seattle and ask for Benson! You will not be disappointed. My statement stands as is even if you are not looking for a BMW. They have a decent inventory that includes vehicles from other brands. I have found my favorite dealership and a sales person whom I can trust for future transactions.
