The day of delivery it was raining hard and I had my dad with me to drive my old car home. Michael went out and brought my old car inside the garage so my dad didn’t get wet. Michael also got me a set of rubber floor mats so that my new car would be protected from wet shoes. He is a really sweet guy. I’m very happy with my 328 diesel. Sad but I think the dealership should reconsider some type of payout for employees that are reaching out to clients on their personal time when they are not required to do so. Detail shop missed a few things possibly due to my abbreviated time frame wouldn't have allowed them their normal attentiveness. More

Amazing experience w/Michael Brown @ BMW Seattle. I had an exceptional experience buying my first BMW with Michael Brown @ BMW Seattle. I initially visited the dealership to test drive the X3 and I had an exceptional experience buying my first BMW with Michael Brown @ BMW Seattle. I initially visited the dealership to test drive the X3 and X5. I was leaning towards the X3 and had told Michael that but he didn't try to sell me on the X5. He let me drive both cars, giving me the positives/negatives of each. Never pushing the X5. Anyone who has driven both cars knows that its not even a choice. X5 all the way! :) I was particular about wanting an Alpine White M Sport Edition. They didn't have one on the lot and he didn't try to push the black one they did have. He looked into the system and found that there was one sitting at VPC in Oxnard due to Seattle in a couple of weeks. We locked down on pricing for both the X5 and trade-in, both very fair. He kept me promptly updated on the vehicles arrival to the dealership and even got it prepped quickly so that I could take it out of town with me before I left for the weekend! Delivery and finance of the vehicle was perfect. I was completely impressed with the entire process! Throughout the process, I was able to make appts to see Michael and handle certain parts of the transaction through email to minimize time wasted by both parties. I REALLY appreciated this!
