During that first meeting we put a deposit down on an M2, and even though the wait list was nearly 12 months at that time, Charles helped us make sure that was the right vehicle. Throughout the wait time, Charles regularly kept us appraised of where we were in the line, and our approximated wait time before our order would be placed. His regular updates were much appreciated so that we didn't feel lost and forgotten in the process. Once our order was placed, Charles updated us more frequently to let us know the status of the build, and the ship that our car was coming across the Atlantic on. This was a fantastic car buying experience, and I would recommend Charles, and already have, to all of our family and friends. More

Michael Brown is a class act. I went to see Michael to replace my “scandalized” 2013 VW TDI. To keep costs down, decided to do a factory order. Michael even managed to find me another discount through my affiliation with the U.W. He kept me up to date on the progress. From the factory to even the name of the ship it was on. The day of delivery it was raining hard and I had my dad with me to drive my old car home. Michael went out and brought my old car inside the garage so my dad didn’t get wet. Michael also got me a set of rubber floor mats so that my new car would be protected from wet shoes. He is a really sweet guy. I’m very happy with my 328 diesel. Sad but I think the dealership should reconsider some type of payout for employees that are reaching out to clients on their personal time when they are not required to do so.
