Great Experience, Great Loyalty & Great Rewards I have bought 2 cars at Seattle BMW and each time the process has been easy and smooth. I had a bad situation with a BMW purchased elsewhere that had I have bought 2 cars at Seattle BMW and each time the process has been easy and smooth. I had a bad situation with a BMW purchased elsewhere that had the all wheel tranny go bad. It would have been cost prohibitive to consider repairing it. Seattle BMW went out of their way to figure out how to get me whole on the original loan and into a new 3 Series. I know it is their job to sell you a new car, but they spent 5 hours with me working through multiple solutions until we found one that fit budget and preference. If you are going to buy a vehicle, I cannot recommend enough asking for Andy Werner. He has sold me both of my cars and was an absolute dream to work with. He genuinely shared my pain on the original disaster mentioned above, and had promised to make sure he got me an amazing deal when I came back at lease end. He did not disappoint. As long as I live in Seattle I will buy my cars at BMW of Seattle, and will work with no one but Andy Werner. More

SOOO Happy We looked all over for the perfect used BMW X3. As we waited I continued to search the internet and one popped up online from BMW Seattle before photos were even available. Michael Brown contacted us and got the vehicle ready fast, we came in and immediately had a good feeling about Michael and the dealership, and the vehicle itself was perfect! Everything about Michael and the dealership made me feel this was the vehicle for me. So I canceled the order from the other place and moved forward with Michael and his team. I have only had the X3 for 5 days and I feel like it was made just for me. We will forever be BMW owners!
