I called service when the Service Due light flashed on my 435i display. I scheduled a next day appointment with loaner. It was basically just oil change related, but took care of a few recommended items and 435i display. I scheduled a next day appointment with loaner. Richard Haystee, who I had previously worked with, greeted me and handled paperwork flawlessly. He kept me advised as to progress on the servicing.
