BMW of San Luis Obispo - Service Center

Parts couldn’t fix my spoiler on my brand new car that was falling off. Three different appointments and still couldn’t. Hilariously sad. Anyway, service manager wouldn’t do anything about the overspray I was falling off. Three different appointments and still couldn’t. Hilariously sad. Anyway, service manager wouldn’t do anything about the overspray I found and the calcium deposit on the rear window, indicating repairs. On a brand “new” car. Sold new damaged goods. The last straw was when Tony Vital, a SA, tried charging me $2,800 or so on a part that was supposedly causing my front left tires toe measurement to be off. So it was driving pretty bad. Tony tried to pull a fast one. I know he gets a cut. I of course didn’t go through with it. Found the part online for $398. Some lack character and respect, nothing new. BMW makes amazing cars, it’s a shame some people cannot have ownership of one without the ill advised tactics used by the places that sell them. All they do is sell them, that’s it. At least in my experience. Hope this helps someone. More

Steven was friendly and not pushy. I just brought my car in for a wash and he said why not do your maintenance also. Since my husband had followed me over I said yes. Rodger is hands down the best person I’ve ever worked with at Coast Bmw. I left and drove all the way to Santa Maria to get my car serviced but heard Rodger was great so decided to give them another chan with at Coast Bmw.
