I had an outstanding experience at SLO BMW service department. Connor went above and beyond. He was courteous and professional. He took me back to work and dropped me off and then sent a video of w department. Connor went above and beyond. He was courteous and professional. Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the personalized video that he sent me in the initial email. He was always quick to respond to my queries. I was traveling from 200 miles away to get the car from BMW of SLO and Kevin and team made sure that there was Starbucks coffee and muffins ready for us on arrival. Kevin was kind enough to explain all the details about the car. Even post-sale, Kevin made sure to follow up with me regularly to check and see if there have been any issues with the car.
