I called service when the Service Due light flashed on my 435i display. I scheduled a next day appointment with loaner. It was basically just oil change related, but took care of a few recommended items and 435i display. I scheduled a next day appointment with loaner. It was basically just oil change related, but took care of a few recommended items and new wiper blades. Richard Haystee, who I had previously worked with, greeted me and handled paperwork flawlessly. He kept me advised as to progress on the servicing. He's a very enthusiastic, hard-working and competent service representative. A pleasure to work with. More
