Unprofessional management, but awesome salesmen. Managers do not care about details and it causes problems at the final paperwork step. We had to cancel deal almost at the end of signing process. We just brought our BMW 128i in for the PVC recall today. Everything was handled exceptionally smoothly; from making the appointment to picking the car up after completion.
