This deeper insight I found to be incredibly valuable as it has allowed me to get the fullest possible capability from my car in ways that I hadn't thought of and Eric was the perfect person to lead me through this process. He did make thoughtful recommendations that ultimately were beneficial to the vehicle that I purchased. And when it came time to do the final paperwork, it was completely ready - no surprises - and with David's great vehicle training, we were quickly on the road.
